Welcome to SEOPromax. In this document, "SEOPromax," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the SEOPromax service and its operating company. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SEOPromax application and all related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction and Agreement
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Services Provided
SEOPromax provides search engine optimization (SEO) tools, analysis, reporting, and consulting services, which may include, but are not limited to, keyword research, site audits, backlink analysis, and content strategy recommendations.
3. User Obligations
a. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
b. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
c. Prohibited Activities: You must not misuse the Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
4. Fees and Payment
a. Subscription: Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
b. Billing Cycle: Billing cycles are set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
c. Cancellations: You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time; however, all payments are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SEOPromax and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the jurisdiction where SEOPromax is based and foreign countries.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SEOPromax makes no express or implied representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Service or the information and materials contained on the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SEOPromax, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
